~ CAMP RULES ~

Refund Policy: The refund policy is liberal, so you will get your money back if you must cancel, up to and including the ride weekend. Refunds on meal tickets may not be given unless they can be cancelled or sold to someone else. You must mail your entry form and deposit fee so that we receive it NO LATER than Saturday, April 4, 2015 since we will not be home to get mail the week before the ride.
Junior Riders: Junior riders must wear an ASTM/SEI approved safety helmet and be accompanied throughout the ride by an adult (over 21) rider.
Coggins: Negative coggins required at check-in.
Horse Age: LD horses must be a minimum of 48 months old. 50 mile horses must be a minimum of 60 months old.
Helmets: ALL RIDERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO WEAR HELMETS.
Dogs: Dogs MUST BE tied or contained at all times.
Damage to Grounds: If your horse or dog digs any holes, or your horse likes to pace creating a hole, please fill them in before you leave.
Fires: Fires are allowed in metal fire rings only, please do not build your own fire ring with stones.
Generators: Please turn your generator off by 10:00 p.m.
Ties: No ties in the Top 10.

Please make reservations for all camping by calling 843-378-1555 (H Cooper Black Recreation Area). This is a state park so the rates are very reasonable and are not part of the registration fee. The staff is very helpful and supportive of our ride and all equestrian activities.
